Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with The Cupcake Company you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
The Cupcake Company own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on The Cupcake Company website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with The Cupcake Company you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
The Cupcake Company send proofs for all printed stationery, it is at this point you must approve the design and check all the spelling and grammar. Once you have approved the design proof, The Cupcake Company will not be held liable for any mistakes and will not replace or refund.
When designing a custom logo or custom stationery some stock commercial use only illustrations maybe used - We have purchased all the necessary licences to use these images have the legal write to use these images in your design and creations.
The Cupcake Company accepts credit/debit card or bank transfer – please enquire for details.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with The Cupcake Company. The Cupcake Company must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received The Cupcake Company will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. The Cupcake Company acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Please allow up to 72 hours or one working days for edible prints to be shipped If ordering edible prints after 2pm on a friday they will be posted on the next working day. For bespoke stationery and design projects up to3-4 weeks we often dispatch before this so please use these as guidelines only - All your products are designed printed and cut for you and orders are processed in the order in which they are placed.
During busier periods, such as the run up to seasonal events , please allow longer periods. If there is a delay with your order, The Cupcake Company will advise you as soon as possible.
Abandoned Projects
A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact us after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.
The Cupcake Company posts orders as specified by the customer at the checkout, a number of options will be presented.
Should your order not arrive, please contact The Cupcake Company, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days has passed.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Once informed we are required to provide a refund and it has been agreed please allow 14 working days for payments to be processed,
Refunds will not be issued if we do not hear from within 30 days of processing your order, Your order will be classed an abandonded and a re-opening fee will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your order in entirely you have 14 working days to do this for a full refund or else you order will not be refunded as we will have enought fill that slot.
At this time you may still swap the order for other products but a refund will not be supplied
You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more, You may only return persoanalisesd items if they are faulty
Digital Products - No refunds are provided for these under circumstances once purchased we offer unlimited revisons so their will no need to be provide a refund
